Job Description
Jij begrijpt het. Het draait allemaal om de winkelervaring van de klant. Je houdt ervan om te praten over sneakers en gerelateerde producten, net zoveel als je ervan houdt om deze te verzamelen. Je legt makkelijk contacten en weet op natuurlijke wijze vriendelijke gesprekken aan te knopen, je aan te passen aan verschillende types klanten en om problemen met een glimlach op te lossen. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om anderen te leren hetzelfde te doen. Terwijl je het team leidt, wordt er van je verwacht dat je de verkoop stimuleert om winsten te maximaliseren in lijn met de normen van de divisie. Je prestaties worden gemeten aan de hand van het realiseren van persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen. In afwezigheid van de Store Manager en de Assistant Manager neem je leidinggevende taken over.
Kwalificaties
- Beheersing van de Nederlanse taal
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in detailhandel
- Je hebt zelfvertrouwen en je voelt je comfortabel bij het benaderen van klanten om ze een geweldige ervaring te bezorgen
- Je bent gemotiveerd om geweldige resultaten te behalen door je enthousiasme voor de interactie met klanten, sneakers en gerelateerde producten
- Je bent in staat om taken of activiteiten zelfstandig uit te voeren
- Flexibele beschikbaarheid - waaronder avonden, weekenden en sommige feestdagen
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Het inspireren en motiveren van je team om verkopen te stimuleren en het verlenen van geweldige klantenservice
- Het behalen van persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen
- Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en productiviteit van elk aspect van je winkel
- Schakel tussen klanten, verkoopmedewerkers, de Assistant Manager en de Store Manager
- Het actief opdoen en delen van kennis van producten en trends en deze afstemmen op de behoeften van klanten
- Altijd op de hoogte van alle productkennis en huidige of opkomende producten/trends
- Draagt bij aan een positieve en inclusieve werkomgeving
Core Responsibilities
The Shift Leader is responsible for motivating the team to drive sales and ensuring high-quality customer service. They also manage daily store operations and product knowledge in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of retail experience and proficiency in the Dutch language. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
