Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

· Monthly reports, differences analyses and KPIs; 

· Periodic CAPEX reports; 

· Support Budget Cycle; 

· Drawing up and coordinating Budgets and Forecasts; 

· Cost controlling & Gross Margin analyses; 

· Preparing the financial reporting in line with accounting rules within Sibelco Group: monthly reporting via consolidation program Tagetik; 

· Support projects, such as SAP optimization; 

· Preparing the external reporting such as VAT, statistics (CBS) etc; 

· Providing support during tax audits; 

· Providing information to our internal and external auditors; 

· Contributing to the annual external audit process; 

· Create ad hoc reports. 

Your strength:

You have completed a financial education and have at least 5 -7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international production work environment. You are enthusiastic, driven and communicate clearly. In addition, you are used to working independently, but you also function excellently in a team.

You are proactive and able to take a critical look at activities and processes, know how to identify deviations quickly and are keen to make improvements. You like a varied range of tasks and have strong analytical skills. Finally, it is important that you are stress-resistant, can keep a good overview and are able to set priorities. Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA is an advantage. You also know how to use Power BI. 

In short, you: 

· Have a completed HBO or WO education in economics / accountancy or similar; 

· Have gained at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the role of (Business) Controller; 

· Are Flexible and committed; 

· Have an eye for detail and are precise and orderly; 

· Has strong analytical skills and is able to create order and overview with Big Data; 

· Have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and oral.
