Felixx is an international, award-winning landscape architecture firm dedicated to building a sustainable world. Founded in 2014, the firm has grown into an enthusiastic team of 40 designers, researchers, and engineers. To continue growing, deepen our knowledge, and broaden our field of work, we are looking for an ambitious strategic designer with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. About The Role As an experienced strategic designer at Felixx, you will work on a diverse range of projects: from research, urban and regional development visions, and strategic masterplans to design guides — both in the Netherlands and abroad. In this role, you will work within a compact team of designers, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with a wide range of partners. You will navigate smoothly between long-term trajectories and short, intensive processes. Your profile graduated as a landscape architect, landscape designer, or equivalent; a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role; an open, enthusiastic, and inquisitive work attitude; affinity for multidisciplinary collaboration within an international team; proficiency in Adobe Suite, Vectorworks or AutoCAD, and GIS; strong communication skills in English; a basic knowledge of Dutch is advantageous; available for at least 32 hours per week; preferably residing in the Rotterdam area. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in landscape architecture or an equivalent field with at least 3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite, Vectorworks or AutoCAD, and GIS is required, along with strong English communication skills.
