A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.As Food & Beverage Trainee you will be mainly working in Bar Brasserie OCCO, where we have our secluded garden. Bar Brasserie OCCO’s keys are craftmanship and high-quality. Known from its coffee & latte art and nowadays also from tea art. Fresh leaves from all over the world are selected for us and with lovely background stories served to our guests. Even from cocktails we can make something special: from homemade non-alcoholic Gin to a matured Manhatten. The day starts in Bar Brasserie OCCO with breakfast, in the afternoon we serve lunch and High Wine and in the evening we serve dinner and guests can enjoy a drink. In the end you will be able to run service independently, therefore you will learn a lot about the daily activities within the Food & Beverage department. Additionally, you have the opportunity to work in Restaurant Vinkeles, events and weddings. Who are you? You have passion for the hospitality industry. You are social. You can work independent. Core Responsibilities
The trainee will handle daily food and beverage operations primarily at Bar Brasserie OCCO, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Responsibilities extend to learning independent service management and supporting events, weddings, and Restaurant Vinkeles.
Requirements
Candidates must have a passion for hospitality, be social, and be able to work accurately under stress. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
