About The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM MEP Modeler to join our growing BIM team. This role offers hands-on exposure to live BIM projects and an excellent opportunity to develop your career in MEP BIM. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit Assist in producing MEP drawings, layouts, and documentation Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines Update BIM models based on design changes and project instructions Follow Company BIM standards, protocols, and workflows Qualifications & Experience NCED (NVQ Level 04) or an equivalent qualification Revit Diploma or an equivalent Revit competency certificate from a recognized institution Minimum 5 years of MEP related Revit Modelling/ CAD Drafting in the construction industry under recognized firm Previous experience in BIM Modelling will be an added advantage Other Skills Required Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) Thorough Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment Willingness to travel overseas and work on-site for international projects, if required Strong passion for adapting to new technologies and contributing positively to the growing BIM team Please e-mail your CVs with contact details of two non-related referees to reach us within 14 days of this advertisement and the post applied for should be indicated on the subject line of your e-mail. Core Responsibilities
The role involves developing MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit and assisting in the production of technical drawings and documentation. You will also support clash detection processes and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project accuracy.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an NCED (NVQ Level 04) or equivalent qualification along with a Revit Diploma. A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Revit modelling or CAD drafting within the construction industry is required.
