Then you have the opportunity to gain international purchasing experience at the headquarters of Yehwang in Ede, one of the largest B2B wholesalers specializing in the latest trends in jewelry, accessories, and clothing. We have an internship position available for an enthusiastic MBO-4 or HBO student with a background in Procurement Management, Retail, or (International) Business Management for a minimum period of 5 months, part-time or full-time (4 or 5 days per week). Your Responsibilities Provide general support to the purchaser, primarily for online webshop products in fashion and accessories, and our physical shop in Amsterdam Fashion Center. Examples of tasks include: Requesting and evaluating purchase orders Checking and processing order confirmations from our suppliers Monitoring delivery times to fulfill our customer's delivery commitments Requesting, checking, and processing purchase prices and price lists from our suppliers Ensuring goods are delivered to the right location at the right time Brainstorming creative solutions to expedite deliveries In addition to this, you will also gain general business experience as our work never stops! Core Responsibilities

The intern will support the purchasing department by managing purchase orders, monitoring delivery times, and processing price lists from suppliers. They will also assist in ensuring goods are delivered to the correct locations and brainstorming solutions to expedite shipments.

Requirements

Candidates must be MBO-4 or HBO students with a background in Procurement, Retail, or Business Management. Excellent command of both Dutch and English is required, along with a proactive and organized mindset.
