Core Responsibilities

The role involves providing technical support for Extron products and managing customer quotations. You will also maintain dealer relationships and coordinate monthly Extron School attendee events.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in both French and English and possess technical literacy or affinity for technical products. At least 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service environment is preferred.
