Responsibilities Deliver online and on‑site after‑sales technical services for home energy storage products in the Netherlands and resolve customer technical issues. 2. Gather field‑reported product and quality issues, consolidate findings and escalate to relevant headquarters teams. 3. Maintain localized FAQs and on‑site operation guidelines, and implement repair & technical manuals provided by headquarters. 4. Conduct new‑product and thematic technical training for local channels and installers via remote and on‑site sessions. 5. Collaborate with local sales teams to handle after‑sales emergencies and customer complaints to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant hands‑on experience may substitute for formal education. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or field after‑sales service. 2. Background in Electronic Engineering, Automation or other technical disciplines is preferred. 3. Willing to undertake frequent on‑site travel within the Netherlands. 4. Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch; proficiency in German / French / Italian / Spanish is a strong plus. 5. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to continuously learn product knowledge.

Requirements
