Do you enjoy arranging and coordinating a wide variety of tasks? Then we are looking for you! For our office in Ridderkerk, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support us with the day-to-day administration related to the technical management of various seagoing workboats, tugboats and barges that we manage on behalf of different shipowners. It is important that you work in a structured and accurate manner, communicate easily (also in English), and enjoy working in a dynamic maritime environment. What will you be doing? Processing and administratively following up purchase orders and supplier invoices; Carrying out various general administrative tasks; Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers; Managing and keeping certificates, documentation and records up to date within our Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and SharePoint; Maintaining contact with suppliers, vessels and service companies; Supporting the Technical Manager with day-to-day administrative and organisational activities. Profile We are mainly looking for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys organising things and taking on a variety of tasks within a small team: Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with digital systems; Accurate, structured and well organised; Proactive and willing to learn new things; Good communication skills and a genuine team player; Able to work independently and set priorities; Practical and quick to pick up new tasks; Affinity with the maritime and/or technical sector is an advantage. Who are we? Landfall Technical Management specialises in the technical management of an international fleet of seagoing tugboats, workboats and barges, including vessels operated by our sister company Landfall Marine Contractors. Our activities include technical management, maintenance planning, mobilisations, dry dockings, certification, technical purchasing and technical project support. From our office in Ridderkerk, we support shipowners in the offshore, dredging, maritime and renewable energy sectors with practical solutions and a personal approach. Landfall Technical Management is a growing organisation where you will be part of a small, professional team from the start. This means you will have plenty of responsibility and be directly involved in the day-to-day operation of the vessels we manage. You will work closely with colleagues, shipowners, suppliers and the vessels themselves and will be involved in their daily technical operations. What do we offer?
