To support DataLane's growth, we are looking for a Process Mining Consultant who wants to develop themselves in a fast-paced, high-impact consulting environment. Your role As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you work hands-on in process mining projects and contribute to delivering high-quality analyses and implementations. You are responsible for your own deliverables and play an active role in translating data into insights and improvement opportunities.You collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, ensuring your work is accurate, structured, and contributes to project success. You continuously develop your technical and consulting skills, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and value. What you’ll do Execute process mining activities, including data analysis, validation, and interpretation of results Deliver high-quality outputs by validating your own work and ensuring accuracy and completeness Support the identification of improvement opportunities based on process insights Contribute to project deliverables and collaborate effectively within project teams Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients Identify risks or challenges early and proactively raise them when needed Apply DataLane methodologies and ways of working within your project work Continuously improve your work by actively seeking and applying feedback Take ownership of your personal development in both technical and consulting skills Contribute to a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment What you bring 1–4 years of experience in consulting, data, or a related analytical field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets Affinity with data, processes, and technology (e.g. Celonis, Power BI or similar tools) Relevant academic background or equivalent experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal, English). Dutch is a strong plus. Proactive and self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams Willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop Structured and detail-oriented way of working What we offer At DataLane, you’ll work in a high-performance environment, but also one where culture, fun, and development matter. Core Responsibilities

You will execute process mining projects by performing data analysis, validation, and interpretation to identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality insights and ensure project success.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1–4 years of experience in consulting or data-related fields with strong analytical and SQL skills. A relevant academic background and proficiency in process mining tools like Celonis or Power BI are required.
