Senior SAP Consultant – SD/MM, & Master Data As a Senior SAP Consultant in the ERP Continuous Improvements team, you will design and implement solutions for business requirements raised by our Onitsuka Tiger team, supporting sustainable solutioning that contributes to operational excellence. You will work closely with other functional consultants and global Solution Architects to create functional and technical designs, and will be responsible for delivering the required integration, system configuration, and data mapping using the latest technologies. How you will help us: Based in our Hoofddorp office and reporting to the SAP Solution Integration Manager for Onitsuka Tiger, as part of the role you will: Createfunctional and technical solution designs for Master Data, SD and MM projects, considering the overall architecture of these modules, create architecturally sound functional and technical solution designs for Master Data, SD and MM. Similar knowledge of DTC (Retail) processes would be a great addition. You will design and document SAP solutions, working closely with the global solution architect and integration manager for Onitsuka Tiger and other functional and technical consultants and teams to account for interdependencies and global landscape considerations, and owning system configuration and data mapping for approved solutions. Investigate and build Master Data solutions including article, customer and vendor master data connecting them to the relevant business processes within SD, MM, and Retail. You will dig into customer and vendor master data records to identify process improvements or new flows, working through configuration and data dependencies within SD/MM to determine whether problems or requirements stem from data setup, master record fields, or process design. Translate requirements into effective solutions. You will lead and support workshops to establish business requirements, translate them into sustainable solutions that deliver operational excellence across the organization. Drive solution delivery. You will design and deliver solutions for continuous improvement change requests and other business initiatives, coordinating closely with and providing functional training and guidance to regional teams for integrated solution delivery. Establish great partnerships across the organisation. You will maintain highly effective relationships with global SAP teams and global and regional business representatives across different workstreams and geographies. ASICS welcomes diversity in our people, their backgrounds and life experiences. What we are looking for: Experience designing solutions and implementing SAP SD, MM and/or Retail solutions. You have at least 5 years of experience with these SAP modules (Order Management, Pricing, Availability Check, Procurement, Inventory Management, store assortment, e-commerce flows, etc.), with solid exposure to business processes and S/4HANA. Strong working knowledge of Master Data within SD/MM/Retail. You are comfortable navigating master data records and fields to troubleshoot issues, trace their impact on transactions and processes, and pinpoint whether a fix belongs in the master data, configuration, or process design. Experience integrating with other systems and external parties. You understand how the different systems in the IT landscape integrate and are comfortable identifying mapping improvement/fixes and designing new integration flows, without jeopardising the landscape architectural integrity. You are also skilled in discussing integrations and mapping with third party systems' counterparts. Solid functional area knowledge. You possess strong business knowledge in Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain, and desirably Retail processes and best practices. Cross-cultural collaboration skills. You are successful in working with multicultural, globally dispersed teams and can employ cultural and organizational sensitivity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills. You are highly articulate and able to influence and relay technical information to technical and business stakeholders alike. Analytical thinking. Requirements
