Then read on to find out more. The position As a Manufacturing Engineer, you ensure new, complex cable products are efficiently and successfully introduced into production. You translate designs into practical production steps, create work instructions, and set up cutting, stripping, and crimping processes. You also provide hands-on technical support on the production floor, solving challenges quickly and improving production efficiency. Lead new product introductions from request to production Translate designs and customer requirements into practical, manufacturable solutions Coordinate engineering, testing, and manufacturing activities Create work instructions and ensure production processes are correctly set up Assess engineering changes and production feasibility Provide hands-on technical support and solve production challenges Visit customers for technical meetings and project alignment Prepare cost calculations and quotations Contribute to Design for Excellence (DfX) and manufacturability What we're looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar Strong experience in aerospace Experience with project-based engineering and/or manufacturing Experience with customer-facing & translating customer requirements into technical solutions Affinity with process engineering and testing Experience in cross-functional coordination (between Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Planning) Strong MS Excel skills Excellent communication skills in English Dutch and German is a plus What we offer Competitive Salary & Benefits: Including a laptop, mobile phone, full travel allowance, and pension plan. Core Responsibilities

You will lead new product introductions by translating designs into manufacturable solutions and coordinating engineering, testing, and production activities. Additionally, you will provide hands-on technical support on the production floor and manage customer-facing technical meetings.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field. Strong experience in aerospace and project-based manufacturing is required, along with excellent English communication skills.
