The position As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be involved in the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process, translating designs into clear and executable production steps. Your responsibilities include: Developing and implementing new production processes Preparing new products for production and supporting NPI Creating work instructions / TPDs Setting up and fine-tuning cutting, stripping, crimping and labelling machines Providing technical support to operators on the production floor Developing and improving tooling and workplace solutions, including 3D-printed tooling Improving production efficiency, output, reliability and lead times Preparing products for transfer to the production facility in Slovakia Working closely with Account Engineers, Test Engineers and Process Engineers What we're looking for MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Strong experience in the aerospace/aviation industry Experience with defining production processes and creating work instructions. Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Work Planner/Werkvoorbereider, CNC Machinist, Maintenance Technician or Electrician Familiar with New Product Introduction (NPI) process A structured, process-oriented way of working Excellent communication skills in English Dutch and German is a plus What we offer Competitive Salary & Benefits: Including a laptop, mobile phone, full travel allowance, and pension plan. Core Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer will manage the New Product Introduction process by translating designs into executable production steps and creating work instructions. They are also responsible for optimizing production efficiency, maintaining machinery, and providing technical support to the production floor.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. Strong experience in the aerospace or aviation industry and familiarity with the NPI process are required.
