Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven CRM Executive with a strong track record in lead nurture and management to own lead and lifecycle marketing across our SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert). Reporting to our senior B2B marketing manager, you will design, run, and scale nurture, conversion, recycle, and win-back programmes in Salesforce, working hand-in-hand with a multi-national sales team to turn marketing-generated leads into well-onboarded salon partners. 🧐 You Will Be Responsible For CRM Lifecycle Strategy: Execute the end-to-end lead nurture, conversion, recycle, and win-back journeys across the SaaS funnel, from lead scoring and segmentation through to automated and sales-assisted follow-up. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with a multi-national sales team to define lead management, routing, and handoff criteria, and continuously refine cadences that maximise conversion and shorten sales cycles. Recycle & Win-back Programmes: Design and operate systematic recycle and win-back flows for stalled or lost leads, in coordination with Sales, to re-engage dormant pipeline and recover revenue. Salesforce Ownership: Manage CRM workflows, automations, and data hygiene between our leads management and CRM software, ensuring accurate lead tracking, attribution, and reporting across markets and products. Multi-Market Localisation: Adapt nurture, recycle, and win-back content and cadences for multiple markets and languages, keeping messaging consistent with brand while reflecting local sales needs. Insights & Reporting: Track and report on lead funnel performance, from nurture engagement through to recycle and win-back conversion, giving Sales and leadership clear visibility into pipeline health. 💡 About Treatwell Hi, we're Treatwell.
