Upgrader Test Setup Pre-treatment Compact.Suitable for BSc / MSc / MBO-4 in Electrical Engineering For the redesign of our Upgrader Compact we would like to have an easy way of testing the pre-treatment skid. For this we would like to have a small test panel been made that can be easily connected to this skid. You will be working in the E&I and Software department of Bright Renewables. Your tasks: Analyze the new pre-treatment skid; Design a test panel; Get the test panel build; Perform the actual test. — Next-Generation Biogas Upgrading.Suitable for BSc / MSc in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Sustainable Energy Bright Renewables has extensive experience in designing containerized, modular systems for upgrading biogas into biomethane. Over the years, the capacity of its standard technology has steadily increased, with current solutions capable of processing more than 3,500 Nm³/h of biogas.Looking ahead, Bright Renewables aims to explore the conceptual design of a next-generation biogas upgrading plant with a capacity of 60,000 Nm³/h. The objective is to determine the most efficient, elegant, and scalable design, leveraging the company's modular expertise while optimizing performance, footprint, operability, and overall cost. Your tasks: Conceptual design of next-generation biogas upgrading; Contact with standard (or/also new) suppliers for possibilities; Make risk assessment of conceptual design options. Who are you? BSc / MSc in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Sustainable Energy; Interested in sustainable energy technology; Plan-minded and independent worker. What do we offer? Core Responsibilities
Interns will work on either designing a test panel for a pre-treatment skid or developing a conceptual design for a next-generation biogas upgrading plant. Responsibilities include analyzing technical systems, coordinating with suppliers, and performing risk assessments.
Requirements
Candidates must be pursuing a BSc, MSc, or MBO-4 degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or Sustainable Energy. Applicants should be plan-minded, independent workers with an interest in sustainable energy technology.
