The Assistant Product Director is responsible for supporting the TV and Audio product portfolio management in the Benelux market, driving sales growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. The role combines product strategy, forecasting, business planning, and inventory management, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Headquarters. What you will do Analyze sell-in and sell-out trends based on market conditions and business targets. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business performance reports, highlighting sales, inventory, profitability, and market trends. Support developing and executing product, sales, and marketing strategies based on market analysis and competitive insights. Support managing product lifecycle activities including New Product Introductions (NPI), product phase-outs (EOL), pricing, and portfolio optimization. Set and manage planning parameters, including lead times, safety stock levels, NPI timing, and EOL schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Headquarters to ensure successful product launches and achievement of business objectives. What you must have You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration; 0 to 2years working experience in a similar function; Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken); Advanced user with MS office (especially Excel); Exceptional communication skills; Accurate, reliable and professional; Positive can-do mentality; Takes initiative and is proactive; High level of flexibility;

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Korean, along with advanced MS Office skills, is required for this role.
