Tasks and responsibilities: As a Project Manager at Bleckmann, you play a crucial role in leading and supporting various projects that realize business improvements. You have a natural ability to complete projects successfully and take ownership and responsibility. In this role, you analyze project results and develop reporting tools for new projects. You work closely with local management and translate customer needs into business solutions. Some examples of projects include onboarding new customers and optimizing export flows for various logistics customers. Your role within Bleckmann: Establishing, defining, developing, implementing, and following up on various projects focused on business improvements. Focusing on project design and defining and implementing appropriate business solutions. Creating and updating standard policies, procedures, and documentation related to projects. Inventorying and analyzing relevant information and processing it into reports and management information according to KPIs. Actively contributing to our continuous improvement methodology. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview and setting priorities. Ensuring effective (internal) communication. Profile: Bachelor's degree level, preferably in logistics and transportation. An enthusiastic personality who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. A true Bleckmann mindset: perseverance, proactivity, and flexibility are second nature to you. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Commercial insight and excellent time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. Experience with project management is a plus. Knowledge of WMi and/or JDA is a plus. The Project Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing various business improvement projects while ensuring effective internal communication. They will analyze project results, develop reporting tools, and translate customer needs into actionable business solutions.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics and transportation, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with project management and knowledge of WMi or JDA systems are considered advantageous.
