The company values creativity, respect, professionalism, and high-quality guest experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Amsterdam. The specialist will promote COQTALES to local and international audiences, manage incoming inquiries, and convert leads into bookings for private events, group reservations, and special occasions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, maintaining relationships with partners and agencies, and optimizing online and offline visibility. The role also involves handling customer communication, providing information about shows and packages, collecting feedback, and working closely with operations and entertainment teams to ensure a consistent guest experience. The specialist will track sales performance, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to grow brand awareness and revenue. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive guest experience before, during, and after bookings. Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing bookings for events and group reservations. Sales Management and Training skills to help structure sales processes, support team members, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales performance. Experience or familiarity with marketing, social media, and event promotion in hospitality or entertainment settings. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests and campaigns simultaneously. Comfort working on-site in a nightlife or entertainment environment, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Dutch, are an advantage.
