Join our Technical Sales ATS Central Europe team as a Technical Sales Specialist Advanced Therapy Solutions (F/M) and play a key role in advancing breakthrough therapies that contribute to better health for more people. By driving impactful technical engagements, this position directly supports our mission to advance breakthrough therapies for patients worldwide. Based in Benelux, this field-based role focuses primarily on the Benelux region. The team consists of four professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This field-based position requires travel of more than 50% within the dedicated region. Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities Hunt and qualify complex new opportunities across assigned markets by identifying whitespace, unmet needs, and high-value prospects not covered yet Lead advanced technical evaluations, trials, and workflow assessments to shape customer requirements and accelerate technical validation Drive technical deal shaping and competitive positioning by quantifying customer impact, influencing solution configuration, and resolving advanced technical objections to increase our win rate Co-lead commercial offer development with Central Sales by providing data-driven technical inputs that materially influence deal structure and closure Engage in market and portfolio development by identifying emerging use cases, competitive shifts, and workflow trends that inform product positioning and enable sales acceleration Ensure seamless pre- to post-adoption transition by stabilizing early usage, resolving technical blockers, and enabling handover to Central Sales for long-term account development Provide technical input to Central Sales, Business Unit stakeholders (e.g. PM, other BU Tech Sales roles) and Legal on the technical sections of contract terms and conditions to ensure technical feasibility, clear scope definition, reduced delivery risk, and alignment with customer workflows, without assuming commercial ownership. What Will Convince Us - Your Profile Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related discipline Significant experience in technical sales, applications consulting, or pre-sales within a scientific or technical environment Proven hunter and influencer with strong technical depth across broader product portfolios Demonstrated ability to shape customer workflows, create value-based narratives, and win competitive deals Strong communication, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes, with strong documentation discipline Willingness to travel >50% across Benelux as this role is heavily focused on external customers Fluent English required; French or Dutch are strong assets. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Significant experience in technical sales or applications consulting within a scientific environment is required, along with the ability to travel over 50% of the time.
