Are you an enthusiastic HBO (Bachelor-level) student in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field and looking for a challenging graduation project? Then we have a great opportunity for you! At Lacom Cranes & Supplies, we are continuously growing and looking to take our marketing and communication activities to the next level. Therefore, we are seeking a graduate intern to investigate how we can further professionalize our visibility, brand experience, and online positioning. 📝 Your Assignment Develop a marketing and communication strategy. Optimize our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Improve our overall communication efforts and materials. Increase brand awareness within the lifting, hoisting, and crane industry. Advise on content creation, branding, and target audience engagement. 🎯 Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and corporate communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus (but not a requirement), as most internal and external communication is conducted in Dutch. Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations. Proactive, independent, and results-oriented working style. Creative thinker with an eye for detail. Experience with content creation, graphic design, or marketing tools is a plus. Requirements
