The role in short Our Identity Security team seeks an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Architect to join us. In this role, you have a chance to work with a large and experienced team of professionals who provide comprehensive solutions in the Identity Security area. As an IGA Architect, you will be responsible for designing system architecture, helping, and advising customers in decision-making and helping the team in solving implementation challenges in our IGA implementation projects. Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the continuous development of our tools, methodologies, and best practices, helping shape the future of our Identity Security services. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies, challenging enterprise environments, and some of the most experienced professionals in the field. We are looking for someone with previous experience in an IGA Architect role, supported by hands-on Saviynt experience in architecture, integrations, and implementation projects, combined with a strong interest in cybersecurity and digital identity governance. This role can be based at one of our DNV Cyber offices. About You You have the following experience: Architect-level IAM/IGA professional with hands-on Saviynt design and implementation experience Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable IGA architectures Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English One native language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) is seen as a plus Capability for lateral thinking and problem-solving-oriented mindset Constant eagerness to learn and try out new things Excellent business awareness skills Experience of agile working methods Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Programming and SQL skills, as well as a good understanding of web API’s Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV. Core Responsibilities

The IGA Architect will design system architecture and provide expert guidance to customers regarding identity security solutions. Additionally, they will contribute to the continuous development of internal tools, methodologies, and best practices for the Identity Security team.

Requirements

Candidates must have architect-level experience in IAM/IGA with hands-on Saviynt design and implementation skills. Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and SQL are required.
