About The Role Our Identity Security team is looking for a Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Developer to join us. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a large and experienced team of Digital Identity professionals who provide comprehensive solutions in the Identity and Access Management area. As a Senior IGA Developer, you will act as a technical senior specialist and developer in our Identity Security projects. You will implement, integrate, and deploy Saviynt IGA solutions. The role also includes documentation and testing. You will have the chance to work with advanced technology and collaborate with a highly skilled team. Previous experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA), particularly with Saviynt solutions, together with a strong interest in cybersecurity and digital identities, is highly valued. This position is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset, basic programming knowledge, and strong communication and documentation skills. This role can be based at one of our DNV Cyber offices. About You To succeed in this role, you should have: Hands-on experience with Saviynt implementations, integrations, or development activities Experience with other modern IGA platforms such as SailPoint is beneficial Understanding of web APIs and integration technologies, including REST and JSON Experience with SQL and database-related tasks Programming skills, preferably Java Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA) processes and identity lifecycle concepts Experience of agile working methods Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Understanding of solution deployments, integrations, or implementation activities Interest in cybersecurity, digital identities, and modern Identity Security solutions Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV. Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Saviynt implementations and a strong understanding of IAM processes and identity lifecycle concepts. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web API integration technologies is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
