Global Product Owner, Manufacturing Systems | Embla Medical Are you an experienced manufacturing and transformation leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and business change? Your Role As a Global Product Owner, Manufacturing Systems, you will lead the definition, governance, and continuous evolution of Embla Medical's Manufacturing Product on behalf of Operations. Acting as the senior business owner for manufacturing process and system transformation, you will shape the future-state manufacturing landscape across processes, systems, data, governance, and ways of working. You will work closely with Operations leaders, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure manufacturing capabilities support both operational excellence and enterprise priorities. This is a highly strategic and influential role that requires strong operational credibility, leadership presence, and the ability to drive decisions and transformation across multiple manufacturing sites, products, and functions globally. Your tasks include: Define and continuously evolve the End-to-End system ownership (Manufacturing Product) vision, roadmap, governance, and target operating model. Act as the primary business counterpart to IT, ensuring technology decisions support manufacturing priorities and business objectives. Establish governance structures, decision forums, prioritization principles, and escalation paths across functions and locations. Translate manufacturing system requirements into clear priorities and investment decisions while balancing strategic objectives and operational realities. Drive alignment across Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution, Procurement, Service, Quality & Regulatory, and other key business functions. Lead transformation initiatives involving processes, systems, data, and organizational change. Ensure manufacturing, ERP, MES, APS, master data, traceability, quality, and compliance requirements are embedded in future-state solutions. Create clarity and structure in complex environments and take ownership for delivering outcomes across multiple stakeholders. Who Are You? You are a manufacturing or transformation leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You enjoy navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and building alignment across diverse teams and locations. You bring: Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations transformation, digital manufacturing, or enterprise product ownership. Strong knowledge of ERP, MES, APS, manufacturing platforms, shop-floor systems, master data, and enterprise architecture. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including planning, production execution, materials flow, capacity management, quality, traceability, and operational performance. Experience leading large-scale business transformation, process redesign, or digital manufacturing initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus without formal authority. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, balancing business needs, technical possibilities, and organizational constraints. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively from shop-floor teams to executive leadership. A proactive, action-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in environments where not everything is fully defined.
