You're the bridge between a signed contract and a customer who actually understands our software, running multiple implementations at once, across retail, hospitality, and logistics, for clients who have nothing in common except that they're counting on you. This is what you'll do As our Onboarding Consultant, you're our customers first point of contact for onboarding once the deal is signed. You'll lead multiple implementation projects at the same time. You work in a structured, PRINCE2-minded way, but you know when to be pragmatic instead. You analyse the customer's situation from the ground up: what's the real question, how are their workflows set up, and which stakeholders need to be involved. From there, you build a realistic project plan based on PRINCE2 principles and keep it on track through every phase, even when the situation shifts along the way. Run smaller projects independently, and team up with a colleague on the bigger ones Train system administrators and end users, explaining complex functionality in a way every audience understands Visit customers on-site when it benefits the project, representing Dyflexis in a way that fits who we are Manage stakeholders across the business, from MKB directors to enterprise IT departments Help shape how the implementation team can work smarter, faster, and more effectively This is what you'll need 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project, or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment Demonstrable project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 or a similar structured methodology You know how to manage multiple ongoing projects without losing overview or quality Clear, confident communication, whether you're at the table with a director or training end users Technically quick to pick things up: you don't need to code, but you learn new tools fast and explain them even faster Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level), spoken and written Curious about the customer, the product, internal developments, and how things can be better You take ownership and don't wait around. Core Responsibilities

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers post-contract, leading multiple implementation projects simultaneously. This involves analyzing customer workflows, creating project plans based on PRINCE2 principles, and training system administrators and end users.

Requirements

You need at least 3 years of experience in implementation, project management, or consultancy, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment. Proficiency in Dutch and English (C1 level) and experience with structured project management methodologies like PRINCE2 are required.
