Preferred working days: Monday through Thursday Start date: 05-10-2026 Duration: 30-04-2027 (temp-to-perm option available) Location: Utrecht. 2 days on-site, 2 days working from home ZZP is allowed The relocation is not possible Job description On behalf of our client, JDE (Jacobs Douwe Egberts) in Utrecht, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant. You will step in at a pivotal moment: the organization is in the middle of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation (Project Pulse), which is scheduled to go live in Q1 (March/April). In addition, several tactical projects are underway, including the international rollout of E-invoicing. Due to the departure of the current specialist, we are seeking a solid interim expert who can independently take over the reins following a brief two-week handover period. You will serve as the connecting bridge between internal business users and the external implementation partner (Accenture). Key Tasks & Responsibilities - S/4HANA Migration & Implementation (~50–60% of time): - Execute configurations and detailed functional analyses within the O2C space for the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. - Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Act as the functional bridge between key business users and Accenture’s technical implementation team. E-Invoicing & Tactical Projects: - Support the global rollout of the E-invoicing template across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. -Change Management & AMS Support: - Evaluate and analyze O2C-related Change Requests coming through the AMS support team. - Oversee implementation, testing, and validation of changes while safeguarding their impact on the S/4HANA environment. - Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders regarding project timelines, milestones, risks, and changes. -Translate complex IT and SAP concepts into clear, actionable business insights. - Managing other tactical projects in the OTC space - E-invoicing, Goods Flow changes etc - Backfilling the internal IT team on specific tasks like supporting the AMS team on BAU topics, supporting with IT and SOX control discussions Requirements Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience as an SAP O2C / SD Consultant within complex, international enterprise environments. S/4HANA Expertise: Proven, extensive experience with S/4HANA migrations and implementation projects and a focus on Supply Chain/Order-to-Cash Project Experience: Experience with international rollouts, E-invoicing, and regulatory compliance topics within the O2C domain. Experience in E-invoicing process and implementations Consultancy & Adaptability: Proven track record working across multiple client environments; capable of hitting the ground running and working independently with minimal onboarding. Analysis on Order-to-Cash Change Requests and to provide guidance to AMS Support Team Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills; able to act as a strategic and tactical partner for both IT and Business teams. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Dutch not necessary.

Core Responsibilities

Lead the O2C functional migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and support the global rollout of E-invoicing. Act as the primary liaison between internal business users and the external implementation partner, Accenture.

Requirements

Requires over 12 years of experience as an SAP O2C/SD Consultant with extensive expertise in S/4HANA migrations and international rollouts. Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
