We're looking for an experienced IT Operations & Service Management Specialist to help strengthen our IT operations and service management capabilities. You'll play a key role in improving service reliability, leading major incident response, governing changes, and driving continual improvement across our technology landscape. What You'll Do As our IT Operations & Service Management Specialist, you'll: Lead and improve ITIL-based service management processes, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management Coordinate major incidents and drive service restoration efforts across technical teams Perform root cause analyses and implement improvements that prevent recurring issues Govern production changes and releases to ensure they are properly assessed, tested, and communicated Configure and optimize workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) Drive operational excellence through process improvements and service performance monitoring Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to improve operational effectiveness Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents and service disruptions when required. Job Requirements What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management, or Service Delivery Strong experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management Experience leading major incidents in complex environments Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience driving process improvements and operational maturity Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with ITIL best practices Fluent English Nice to have: ITIL certification Experience with Business Continuity Management Knowledge of ISO 27001 or related governance frameworks Our Offer This role allows you to work within a team of specialists contributing directly to the technology powering European EV charging. Core Responsibilities
You will lead ITIL-based service management processes and coordinate major incident responses to ensure service reliability. Additionally, you will govern production changes, optimize Jira workflows, and drive operational improvements across the technology landscape.
Requirements
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Service Management with strong expertise in incident and change management. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with ITSM platforms like Jira and demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
