Job Description We're looking for a Business Support Officer (BSO) to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. In this role, you'll support the sales department in making sure they can perform their duties. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. You'll work to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach that builds lasting relationships and drives satisfaction and compliancy. Handle incoming communication (telephone calls, e-mails, requests including Leads – as needed), forward them to the appropriate people according to priorities, secure follow-up and check deadlines Handle product information, documentation, questionnaires, sampling, process them via standard procedures in place and follow up including reminders Interact with internal functions (Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Procurement) at local and global level to ensure required support Understand customers’ needs, commercial background and competitive environment for the region You support your customer service team by handling technical and logistical issues, managing pricing in the pricing tools Ensure effective administration, organization and reporting using available tooling (CRM, shared platforms, SAP, PowerBI). Qualifications Bachelor's degree with several years of work experience You are at least fluent in English. Other languages are a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Proven experience in a customer-facing role B2B Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Experience with SAP is a must and you have excellent MS office skill Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing independent responsibilities Additional Information At Biospringer by Lesaffre, we believe in creating an environment where you can thrive—both professionally and personally.
