HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? As an E-boutique Client Advisor, you will be the authentic voice of Jaeger-LeCoultre, building lasting relationships with our clients across all digital channels. You will deliver exceptional, personalized luxury experiences, leveraging deep horological product knowledge and commercial acumen to drive sales and client engagement. Your role is pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and contributing to a comprehensive 360° client view. You will proactively manage client portfolios, process orders, resolve inquiries, and meticulously capture data, all while promoting Jaeger-LeCoultre's rich heritage, technical mastery, and iconic designs and contributing to operational excellence. To Excel In This Role, You Will Possess A genuine passion for delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, with strong empathy and active listening skills, and a profound appreciation for fine watchmaking and its intricate mechanisms. Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to articulate Jaeger-LeCoultre's values, build rapport, and convey the intricate stories behind our legendary timepieces. Resources and proactivity, in resolving client inquiries, being adaptable to varying needs Meticulous attention to detail, unwavering integrity, discretion, and professionalism A collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and support team members Experience in luxury retail, client relations, or international customer service (a significant advantage), or a background in hospitality Fluency at native level in French; full professional proficiency in English; additional fluency in other languages is a plus HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
