Looking for a rewarding part-time coaching opportunity where you can make a lasting impact on kids while spending time outdoors? The Town of Winchester Recreation Department is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated Head Youth Cross Country Coach to lead our fall youth cross country program. Whether you're an experienced coach, former runner, educator, or someone who enjoys mentoring youth athletes, we'd love to have you on our team! Competitive Hourly Rate (based on qualifications and experience) $30 - $45/hour As Our Head Coach, You Will Plan and lead fun, engaging practices for youth runners. Teach proper running techniques, pacing, and race strategies. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in every participant. Encourage athletes of all abilities while creating a positive and inclusive team environment. Work with the Recreation Coordinator to seek additional opportunities such as meets, fun runs and other running activities. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
