Introduction to the job Join ASML as a EHS Business Partner within the EUV Factory, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Your expertise will directly impact the health and safety of our high-tech manufacturing processes, ensuring that our operations meet the highest safety standards. This position is vital for fostering a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement in our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices. Role and responsibilities As a EHS Business Partner, you will: Act as a trusted EHS advisor to operations, engineering and facility management teams. Collaborate with EHS Subject Matter Experts to implement safety initiatives across various business units. Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and ASML policies. Identify and mitigate risks related within a highly complex industrial Factory. Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness. Support the development and refinement of safety policies and procedures. Track safety performance indicators to provide insights for improvement. Education and experience To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in safety management and in a technical field (f.i. Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical). At least 15 years of experience in health and safety within high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor production. Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU safety regulations, including the Safety Act and Environmental Act. Skills To thrive in this position, you will need the following skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams. Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (HAZOP, FMEA) and incident investigation techniques (Kelvin Topset, Tripod Beta, RCA). Strong analytical skills to identify safety risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is preferred.
