For the right candidate, it offers a pathway toward broader finance leadership. Therefore, we are looking for a senior finance professional with strong business acumen, strategic insight and leadership potential to grow further with our organization. As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as the financial co-pilot to a Business Line Director, helping steer strategy, performance, investments, profitability and growth. You will sit at the intersection of finance, technology, operations and commercial decision-making, translating complex business challenges into actionable insights and clear choices. This is not a traditional business controlling role. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a strong business, challenge assumptions, and create value. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnering Act as the primary finance partner to Business Line leadership and be a member of the Business Line Management Team that can identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash generation and return on invested capital. Co-develop and help execute the business line strategy, investment decisions and growth plans. Provide visibility to management on performance through independent, fact-based insights, risks and opportunities. Drive data-driven decision making across the business line by establishing clear KPIs and targets. Support and constructively challenge strategic, commercial and operational decisions. Financial Planning & Analysis Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for the Business Line optimizing accuracy and transparency of assumptions. Translate operational developments into financial implications. Support investment prioritization and resource allocation decisions. Provide context in meaningful management reporting and performance analysis. Business Growth & Scalability Partner with commercial, operations and R&D teams to evaluate growth opportunities. Improve understanding of product, customer and market profitability. Contribute to the professionalization and evolution of the broader finance function through adoption of analytics, automation and AI-enabled finance tools. Leadership & Talent Development Act as role model for analytical excellence, business acumen and ownership. Contribute to the development of the next generation of finance leaders within Prodrive through coaching and development of Business Controllers and/or Business Analysts where applicable. Participate in cross-business initiatives and finance transformation programs. What You Bring You combine strong financial expertise with business curiosity and commercial instinct. Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. A results-driven strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance or Business Controlling. Advanced finance qualifications (RC, RA, CPA, CMA or equivalent) are considered a plus. Proven experience partnering with and challenging senior management on strategic and commercial decisions. Strong understanding of business economics, value drivers, profitability and capital allocation. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance management. Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong skillset for analyses and problem-solving, embracing the latest available tools. Experience in technology, manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, healthcare or other innovation-driven environments is highly preferred. Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and over 10 years of experience in finance or business controlling. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, strategic insight, and the ability to influence senior management.
