We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Business Partner who enjoys working in an international environment and making a real impact across multiple European countries. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues, partnering to align people strategies with business goals.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
  • Drive employee engagement by analyzing HR metrics and survey results to enable targeted actions that improve performance and employee experience
  • Lead the performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and employee development
  • Facilitate talent review and calibration forums, identifying high-potential talent and succession opportunities
  • Advise managers on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Spanish and Italian employment legislation
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning and change management
  • Collaborate with HR teams to deliver strategic HR programs and ensure consistent implementation of people policies and best practices
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights that improve organizational performance and the employee experience

What you bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an international environment
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Strong experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent review processes
  • Solid understanding of Spanish and Italian employment law
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Italian is considered an advantage
