As Partner & Alliance Manager, you will drive the development of strategic partnerships and alliances across key markets. You will build relationships with senior executives across enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, and B2B software organizations. The role combines partner recruitment, ecosystem development, joint go-to-market initiatives, and commercial growth. You will identify new opportunities, develop partner programs, and connect external partners with internal Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams. A key focus will be expanding strategic technology and consulting relationships while creating repeatable processes for partner activation and engagement. This is an independent, cross-functional role with significant responsibility for turning partnerships into measurable business opportunities and long-term commercial value.
\n- Build, develop, and maintain strategic partner relationships across key markets.
- Establish strong relationships with senior partner, business, and ecosystem executives.
- Develop and coordinate strategic technology partnerships, including relevant partner programs, joint initiatives, and ecosystem activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and activate new strategic alliance opportunities.
- Develop relationships with global and regional consulting firms, technology companies, and other ecosystem organizations.
- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the ecosystem.
- Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, demand-generation initiatives, and other collaborative commercial programs.

- Track partner activities, pipeline opportunities, engagement levels, and commercial results.
- Continuously identify ways to increase partner contribution, market reach, and business impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel development, ecosystem development, or a related business-development function.
- Experience working within enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, B2B software, or similar environments.

- Experience creating and developing new strategic partnerships rather than focusing exclusively on managing existing relationships.
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on business development, revenue opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies, partner programs, demand-generation initiatives, or similar collaborative commercial activities.
- Ability to proactively identify, approach, recruit, and activate new strategic partners.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple countries, organizations, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to connect external partners with internal commercial and delivery teams.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities, markets, and partnership opportunities can evolve quickly.
Benefits:
- Full-time employment.
- Fully remote work environment.
- Opportunity to build and expand strategic partnerships across international markets.
- Exposure to senior executives across technology, consulting, SaaS, and B2B organizations.
- Opportunity to contribute directly to business development, ecosystem growth, and commercial expansion.
- High level of autonomy and responsibility across multiple countries and organizations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and external partners.
- Opportunity to establish scalable partner recruitment and engagement processes.

About Jobgether
Industry: Internet Marketplace Platforms
Company size: 11-50 employees
Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them. Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places. Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
