Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Analyst based in Netherlands.
This role is responsible for bringing a global brand’s social media strategy to life across English, Spanish, and Portuguese markets.
You will manage day-to-day channel execution while adapting content to feel authentic and culturally relevant in each market.
The position combines creative judgment with performance analysis, focusing on meaningful engagement rather than simply meeting posting targets.
You will collaborate closely with strategists, creative teams, and external content creators to deliver high-quality social experiences.
You will also monitor audience conversations, identify trends and sentiment, and ensure emerging issues are addressed quickly.
By combining localized content, community engagement, and data-driven optimization, you will help strengthen brand presence across a global audience.
- Manage the day-to-day social media presence across Instagram in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, as well as new main-brand channels as they launch.
- Execute the content calendar across all three languages, adapting messaging and creative direction so content feels native to each market rather than directly translated.
- Prioritize meaningful engagement and audience interaction while maintaining consistent content quality.
- Identify required creative assets and brief the creative team with clear direction and sufficient lead time.
- Brief, guide, and coordinate external creators producing membership-related content according to established templates and publishing cadence.
- Track engagement rate, saves, shares, reach, and other relevant performance indicators for each market on a recurring basis.
- Identify performance issues and opportunities early, with particular attention to content performance in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations across social channels, identifying trends, sentiment, and interactions requiring escalation or response.
- Use social media and audience engagement tools such as Sprout Social, ManyChat, LinkTree, and similar platforms adopted in the future.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to determine priorities and optimize content execution based on performance insights.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience managing branded social media accounts with measurable engagement or audience growth objectives.
- Fluent English plus Spanish or Portuguese, with working proficiency in the third language or a clear ability and plan to develop it; ideally strong in at least two of the three languages.
- Ability to interpret social media performance data and adjust content strategy and execution based on insights.
- Experience briefing and coordinating external creators, freelancers, or content contributors against an established content calendar.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, audience engagement, and localized content adaptation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets and content streams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with strategists, creative teams, and other stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with membership, subscription, or community-driven brands.
- Familiarity with Sprout Social, ManyChat, LinkTree, or comparable social media management and engagement tools.
- Background in travel, work-exchange, marketplace, or other globally oriented consumer brands.
Benefits:
- Fully remote work environment.
- Opportunity to work across English, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking markets.
- International and collaborative team environment.
- Opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven global brand and community.
- Exposure to social media strategy, content performance, creator management, and global audience growth.

About Jobgether
Industry: Internet Marketplace Platforms
Company size: 11-50 employees
Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them. Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places. Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
