Are you an experienced functional consultant who thrives at the intersection of business and IT, and do you enjoy driving transformation across an international Commerce & Marketing landscape? Join our Regional IT team and play a key role in harmonizing commercial applications across Europe. The position we are hiring for is located in Europe, preferably the Netherlands, but we are also open to locate this position in Spain or Poland.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be the functional owner of commercial applications across the European region.
- Drive the transformation towards a harmonized European application landscape within Commerce & Marketing.
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
- Define project scope, support vendor selection processes, and contribute to project planning activities.
- Lead and coordinate implementations from demand through go-live and handover to IT operations.
- Manage relationships with key users, managers, project teams, solution architects, security, vendors and IT operations.
- Drive functional governance of commercial applications and integrations from a business perspective.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE BRINGS
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- +7 years of experience within an FMCG environment and strong understanding of Route-to-Market processes.
- Proven experience with commercial applications and end-to-end project delivery from requirements to go-live.
- Solid understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS) and data architecture principles
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical functional solutions.
- Experience supporting or designing integrations between business applications.
- SAP knowledge and automations skills are a plus.
- Fluent English language skills.

Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree and possess over 7 years of experience within an FMCG environment. Strong expertise in Route-to-Market processes, cloud data platforms, and end-to-end project delivery is required.
