About the job 

This minimum six-month Fragrance & Beauty Product Management Assistant internship starts in January 2027 at CHANEL’s Benelux & Scandinavia headquarters in Amsterdam Zuid. Within the Fragrance & Beauty Marketing team, you contribute to product launches, commercial activation and portfolio performance across the Benelux and Scandinavian markets. The role reports to the Fragrance & Beauty Product Managers and works closely with the Sales, Operations, Training and Marketing teams. 

What impact you can create at CHANEL 

  • Equip B2B commercial teams with PowerPoint and Excel supports, novelty kits, order guides and distribution guidelines. 

  • Support the Product Managers on sales forecasts and category management: assortments, In & Out, pricing. 

  • Bring internal novelty presentation events to life, from concept to supplier coordination and on-site follow-up. 

  • Support with monthly sell-in / sell-out analyses and monthly competitor monitoring across media, influencers and e-retail. 

  • Produce 360° qualitative and quantitative assessments of novelty campaigns: visibility, communication, assortment.

What you will bring 

  • Third- or fourth-year HBO or university student in Marketing or Business, enrolled throughout the internship. 

  • A first marketing internship experience, ideally within the Fragrance & Beauty industry. 

  • A strong affinity for luxury, Fragrance & Beauty products and beauty trends. 

  • Excellent organisational, project and time-management skills, paired with strong communication and collaboration. 

  • Fluent English, advanced PowerPoint and Excel; French, Dutch or a Scandinavian language will be an advantage.

Candidates must be third- or fourth-year university students in Marketing or Business with a strong interest in the luxury beauty industry. Proficiency in English, PowerPoint, and Excel is required, while additional language skills are considered an advantage.
