Role Overview
As Product Owner, you will act as the key link between clients, engineers, QA, project managers, and product management on enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) engagements. You'll bring deep AEM platform knowledge and Agile delivery experience to help multi-functional teams deliver high-quality, incremental solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships
• Function as the lead Product Owner for enterprise projects
• Deliver services with a deep understanding of the AEM platform and implementation best practices
• Lead with deep expertise in the Content and Web Experience domain
• Analyze complex project issues, identify gaps and solution options, and facilitate presentation/review with the client
• Mentor and guide others on the team, from onboarding to complex implementation issues
• Lead the team in identifying, capturing, and distributing knowledge and standard methodologies
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies
• 3+ years of direct client consulting experience
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, and as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Understanding of productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
• Experience with Agile Scrum process, backlog management, and wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with enterprise software implementation
• Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements
• Experience developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-functional team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Understanding or experience in user experience design and UI development
• Development or product testing experience
• AEM Business Practitioner certification
Work Arrangement
Remote, supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours are aligned to Central Time (CST).
Core Responsibilities
The Product Owner acts as the primary liaison between clients, engineering, and project management teams to deliver high-quality Adobe Experience Manager solutions. They are responsible for managing backlogs, facilitating client reviews, and mentoring team members on implementation best practices.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in web technologies and at least 3 years of direct client consulting experience. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, AEM platform knowledge, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
