Role Overview
As a Data Architect, you will lead or support the development of advanced, secure data solutions for innovative digital marketing platforms. You'll craft data strategy, architecture, SQL, and governance for customer solutions spanning end-to-end profiles, segmentation, journeys, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide deep experience building data solutions across multiple Adobe products and cloud platforms aligned with enterprise data strategy
• Engage closely with customers to facilitate data discovery, evaluating systems and business processes, and analyzing sources, movement, granularity, and format
• Unify disparate data (sales, CRM, analytics, etc.) to meet digital marketing use cases; lead development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Define standards for data quality, master data management, data governance, modeling, tooling, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (PII, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Engage cross-disciplinary groups to identify customer demands and provide scalable, secure data blueprints
• Provide solutions for growing data volumes, tools, and integrations aligned with customer objectives
• Deliver data lake and real-time customer profile readiness for ingestion/activation, using REST APIs, Postman, and scripting to automate setup
• Develop data ingestion solutions for streaming and batch processing; collaborate on ETL/ELT pipelines
• Improve data query performance across platforms while ensuring product guardrails are followed
• Drive end-to-end data migration initiatives, maintaining data quality, integrity, and compliance
Required Skills & Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of data architecture, modeling, and SQL experience working directly with customers
• Expert proficiency crafting customer-centric database models across relational, hierarchical, and analytical architectures (RDBMS, Columnar, Data Warehouse, BI, Document, Semantic layer, Data Lakes, OLTP & OLAP)
• Advanced SQL development skills (functions, transformations, arrays, joins, stored procedures, data analysis)
• Deep experience translating business requirements into scalable data architecture via structured workflow/process analysis
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance concurrent customer projects; strong communication skills
• Hands-on use or administration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including available AI tools
• Deep domain expertise in one or more industries (retail, telecom, healthcare, automotive, cloud/streaming, etc.)
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python or Bash scripting)
• Experience planning and executing large-scale data migrations
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) certification
Engagement Details
Full-time consulting engagement supporting enterprise data architecture initiatives.
Work Arrangement
Remote, supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours are aligned to Central Time (CST).

Requirements
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and advanced SQL development. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience is required, along with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and large-scale data migrations.
