Role Overview

The Data & Insights Business Consultant is a strategic, customer-facing role partnering with leading brands to deliver impactful digital experiences through Adobe's data and analytics applications. You'll turn business objectives into actionable strategies across data collection, customer segmentation, journey orchestration, marketing measurement, and data insights.

Key Responsibilities

•     Lead customer discovery sessions and delivery of applications (Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Mix Modeler, Analytics) for enterprise clients

•     Collaborate with technical consultants, data architects, and enterprise architects to deliver integrated solutions

•     Guide strategic discussions and translate client use cases and KPIs into business requirements and specifications

•     Develop relationships at all levels within client digital marketing teams

•     Lead multiple client engagements at a time, keeping projects on schedule and within scope

•     Deliver customer-facing presentations, documentation, and enablement materials (business requirements docs, data dictionaries, value playbooks)

•     Mentor and train internal and client teams; contribute to thought leadership content

•     Maintain accurate records of project activities and client interactions

Required Skills & Experience

•     8+ years' experience in strategic, customer-facing roles with hands-on enterprise software implementation

•     2+ years direct experience with two or more of: Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Mix Modeler, Analytics

•     Ability to engage customers holistically to identify growth opportunities and expand solution footprint through cross-solution storytelling

•     Experience with multi-channel customer data — from collection and activation to measurement and insights

•     Understanding of data schemas and APIs, querying data using SQL, and performing data validation

•     Comfort leading live, unscripted working sessions and demos with technical and business audiences

•     Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

•     Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Analytics, Audience Manager, Target)

•     Experience consulting on AI/ML capabilities in SaaS solutions for enterprise customers

•     Experience in vertical industries (retail, finance, healthcare, etc.)

•     Advanced studies in e-business, digital marketing, statistics, or digital transformation

Engagement Details

Full-time consulting engagement; position may require up to 30% travel.

Work Arrangement

Remote, supporting clients across the United States and Canada. Core collaboration hours are aligned to Central Time (CST).
