Als stagiair(e) werk je nauw samen met onze Maintenance & Reliability Engineer aan het opstellen van heldere en praktische Maintenance Manuals. Deze handleidingen vormen de basis voor een consistente en efficiënte uitvoering van preventief onderhoud, zowel voor nieuw geïmplementeerde machines als voor bestaande installaties.
Wat ga je doen?
- Technische documentatie analyseren en vertalen naar praktische onderhoudsinstructies
- Machines en installaties (nieuw en bestaand) in kaart brengen samen met technici
- Preventief onderhoudsschema's en manuals opstellen en structureren
- Samenwerken met de Maintenance & Reliability Engineer en het onderhoudsteam op de werkvloer
Wat we vragen
- MBO/HBO-student in een technische richting
- Analytisch, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
- Affiniteit met machines, techniek en documentatie
Wat ga je leren?
Tijdens deze stage ontwikkel je waardevolle kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van onderhoud, betrouwbaarheid en procesoptimalisatie:
- Technisch schrijven en documentatiebeheer
- Reliability Engineering-principes (FMEA, RCM-basis)
- Analyseren van faalgedrag en onderhoudsdata
- Stakeholdermanagement (technici, engineers, planning)
- Procesverbetering binnen een productieomgeving

1Core Responsibilities
The intern will collaborate with the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to create clear, practical maintenance manuals for new and existing machinery. They will also analyze technical documentation, map out installations, and assist in structuring preventive maintenance schedules.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a technical MBO or HBO program such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance Management. The role requires an analytical mindset, structured working style, and a strong affinity for technical documentation and machinery.
