The Role
Our aim is to hire skilled and passionate Waiters to join the team at Cecconi's Amsterdam.
We're looking for people who take genuine pride in their craft. At Cecconi's, great hospitality goes beyond taking orders and serving food. It's about anticipating guest needs, building meaningful connections and delivering experiences that keep guests coming back.
You'll work alongside passionate hospitality professionals who hold themselves to high standards and are committed to excellence. As a Waiter, you'll manage your own section, build relationships with guests and play a key role in delivering the warm, attentive service Cecconi's is known for.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, personable and professional service throughout the guest journey
- Confidently guide guests through our food and beverage menus
- Manage a busy section while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Build genuine relationships with members, regular guests and visitors
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and floor teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Consistently uphold Cecconi's and Soho House service standards
- Support private events and other operational areas when require
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a guest-facing hospitality role
- Experience working within a busy, fast-paced service environment
- Naturally warm, engaging and guest-focused
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to remain calm and organised during high-volume service periods
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

- Compensation: Salary above Horeca CAO. From 2.511,89 € to 2.718,95 €, based on experience (If younger than 20 y/o no youth salary will be applied)
- Travel allowance > 7.5km (75% of travel costs will be reimbursed)
