Job Description

Job Scope For our production site in Oldenzaal, we are looking for a Shift Manager who excels in leading and developing teams within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you are the key player on the shop floor and, together with your team, you ensure that Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SPQDC) perform at a top level every day – and with enjoyment. As a Shift Manager working in a three-shift operation, you are responsible for organizing and leading your shift. You combine operational leadership with coaching and easily switch between people, processes, and performance.

Core Responsibilities

The Shift Manager is responsible for organizing and leading the shift team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. They ensure that Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SPQDC) targets are met daily while coaching team members.

Requirements

The role requires a leader who can effectively manage production operations and personnel in a three-shift system. Candidates must be able to switch between operational tasks, coaching, and performance monitoring.
