Salon d’Homme is growing. In the second half of 2026, we will open a new location. We are looking for a new team member who is ready to grow with us. Whether you already have experience or are just starting out, this is a great opportunity to dive into the world of skincare and skin health at a high level. You do not need to be a certified specialist yet. Through ongoing internal training, we will teach you our treatment philosophy, techniques and client journey. What matters most is a genuine interest in skincare, a natural sense of hospitality and the ability to create a calm, professional experience for every client. Just as importantly, we are looking for builders. People who enjoy taking ownership, thinking ahead and helping shape a growing brand. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, like to take initiative and want to be part of something that’s still being built, you’ll fit right in. ‍ What you will be doing Guide clients through personalised facial treatments and long-term skincare plans Create a calm, attentive experience from the first welcome through to personalised product recommendations Support the daily rhythm of the studio, including scheduling, treatment preparation, and product care Deepen your understanding of (skin) health, ingredients, and evolving techniques Contribute to thoughtful initiatives that support the continued growth of Salon d’Homme ‍ What we are looking for At Salon d’Homme, we believe in growing together. This role can evolve into: A leadership position as a salon manager Involvement in marketing and branding projects Training and mentoring new colleagues, and helping shape the Salon d’Homme Academy Supporting clients and service beyond the treatment room ‍ We are looking for someone who not only enjoys delivering treatments, but also wants to play an active role in building and shaping what comes next.

Core Responsibilities

Guide clients through personalized facial treatments and long-term skincare plans while maintaining the daily rhythm of the studio. Contribute to the growth of the brand through initiative and active participation in studio operations.

Requirements

A genuine interest in skincare and a natural sense of hospitality are required, with no prior certification necessary. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build and shape a growing brand.
