Hospitality Solutions Estimator Connect-D is growing, and we are looking for a estimator who is sharp on both content and numbers. You ensure that our hospitality solutions are technically sound and financially well-substantiated, from the initial concept to a clear quotation. What you will be doing Interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements and translating them into accurate calculations Preparing cost estimates for hospitality solutions such as hotel TV systems, network infrastructures, AV solutions, and integrations Developing quotations and supporting the sales process with substantive substantiation Coordinating with Sales and Technical to clarify scopes, assumptions, and risks Contributing ideas for scalable, cost-efficient solutions within new construction and renovation projects Monitoring the structure of calculation setups, assumptions, and documentation Contributing to the standardization of calculation and quotation documents Working on solutions within smart hospitality What we are looking for You can read technical information and convert it into clear calculations and quotations You are strong with numbers and work accurately, in a structured manner, and consistently Affinity with AV, IT, electrical engineering, and/or hospitality technology Experience with calculation and quotation processes (experience within hospitality, AV, or IT is a plus) You communicate easily with colleagues and can clearly explain your choices Service-oriented, proactive, and pleasant to work with Proficiency in Dutch and English What we consider less important Formal diplomas Titles or hierarchy What we do consider important Accuracy and ownership Substantive substantiation: understanding what you are calculating Structure and documentation Calmness and overview in complex quotations Willingness to keep learning What you get A workplace within a collegial and committed team Plenty of room to further professionalize your role and working methods A good salary commensurate with your level and experience Pension provision 25 vacation days plus 2 ADV Possibility of alternating working from home (depending on schedule) Working on high-quality hospitality projects A modern workplace in Rotterdam with an informal atmosphere and Friday afternoon drinks Company phone and laptop Interested? Requirements

The ideal candidate is strong with numbers, highly accurate, and capable of converting technical information into clear documentation. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with an affinity for AV, IT, or hospitality technology.
