Deliver baselines, assessments and interventions that change behavior—and reporting leadership can trust. About The Position You lead delivery for clients: from baseline phishing snapshots to programs that mature in months.Vendor-agnostic and behavior-first by design. You translate data and signals into clear risk insights and a roadmap teams can execute. Job responsibilities Run baseline measurements and assessments and translate findings into clear risk and behavior patterns. Design and implement intervention roadmaps (campaigns, nudges, enablement) with client teams. Deliver executive-ready reporting: metrics, trends, root causes and next steps. Run managed services: continuous improvement based on data, feedback and business context. You collaborate closely with security, IT, HR and communications to drive adoption without adding friction to daily work. You define success criteria upfront, keep the program accountable to measurable outcomes, and help stakeholders stay aligned through a clear operating rhythm—plan, execute, measure, improve. You run workshops when needed, translate priorities into practical next steps, and tailor interventions to real workflows and constraints, especially for high-risk groups and moments. Finally, you document what works and continuously improve Savion’s delivery playbooks so every client engagement gets sharper over time.
