About The Role Maxxton, a fast-growing SaaS company, is offering a traineeship for recent Master’s graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer success, consultancy, and software implementation. As a trainee at Maxxton, you will gain first-hand experience in customer success, consultancy, and software implementation within a fast-growing SaaS Company What you’ll achieve: Work within a self-managing, international team. Support customers in optimising their business processes. Gain hands-on experience in software implementation and consultancy. Develop key skills in prioritisation, flexibility, and stakeholder communication Skills You’ll Need To Bring A Master’s degree in Business IT, Information Science, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management, or Supply Chain Management. Hands-on, no-nonsense mentality. Strong analytical and communication skills. An energetic personality with the ability to deliver results quickly Nice To Haves Experience working in B2B or SaaS companies. Proficiency in CMS tools. A collaborative mindset, open to ideas and perspectives at all levels of seniority. A belief in what you can’t measure, in pleasure-seeking; after all, Maxxton is in the recreation business. Requirements
