Job Scope For Vernay Europe in Oldenzaal, we are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for product development who can thrive in the fast-changing automotive industry. In this key role, you will lead our European New Product Development (NPD) organization while working closely with international teams, customers, and suppliers. The position also offers the opportunity to improve processes, develop talent, and contribute directly to our product development activities. As Engineering Manager, you lead and coordinate New Product Development projects from concept through realization. Together with your team, you ensure the NPD process aligns with customer requirements, market demands, and internal processes.
