From assisting customers in selecting the perfect camera to offering recommendations on film types and processing techniques, you'll be the face of our brand and the advocate of our mission to take time and make people slow down by immersing in the art of film photography. Responsibilities Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations tailored to their unique style and vision; Demonstrating a deep understanding of analog cameras, films, and accessories, offering insightful advice and guidance to both seasoned photographers and newcomers alike; Processing and developing film orders with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality results for our customers; Maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment, showcasing our curated selection of analog cameras and accessories. Our ideal candidate preferably has A genuine passion for analog photography and a desire to share that passion with others; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers on a personal level; Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service; Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred, but not required; A high level of both Dutch and English. Barista experience Salary Market conform hourly rate depending on experience and age.
