Job Description Drive large projects and shape with us the future industry Whether in semiconductor or battery cell manufacturing, large-scale facilities for life sciences, or the chemical industry – our EPCM projects operate at the cutting edge of technology. For the construction site logistics management for a demanding, highly complex industrial project in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an experienced and competent professional whose expertise and organizational skills are beyond question. Contractual home base: Flexible – any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‑site presence required) Lead and organize site logistics operations for a large semiconductor construction project Plan, control and coordinate all construction logistics and site setup activities Overall responsibility for health & safety, costs, budgets and quality standards within site logistics Develop, implement and continuously update site logistics concepts throughout all project phases Tendering, awarding and commercial management of logistics services, incl. variation management Develop efficient, project-specific logistics solutions and advise project management and clients in all construction logistic related matters Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable qualification; alternatively certified construction technician Several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured work approach Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage Full flexibility and willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe Additional Information To ensure your work-life balance, we offer the option to work parttime and partly remote We promote your professional and personal development with individual training and further education opportunities in the Drees & Sommer Academy We support your health with a bonus for sports enthusiasts or a subsidy for membership at any gym facility in NL We promote sustainable mobility with a public transport allowance or a (electric) company car (depending on the need) Additional attractive offers with discounts in the corporate benefits portal. Core Responsibilities

The Senior Site Logistics Manager will lead and organize all site logistics operations for a large-scale semiconductor construction project. They are responsible for health and safety, budget management, and the development of efficient, project-specific logistics concepts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture, or a related field, or be a certified construction technician. Several years of experience in construction logistics, particularly in high-tech or semiconductor projects, is required along with full flexibility for on-site travel.
