About the Role Join Bonaire’s modern rides and delivery network as an independent Driver Partner! As a Zeli Driver, you are in complete control of your schedule. Through the Zeli Driver App, you can accept passenger ride requests, handle local food and multi-vendor delivery runs, or do both—earning on your own terms across the island. Key Responsibilities Safe Passenger Transportation: Provide punctual, friendly, and reliable taxi rides across Bonaire, including airport transfers, hotel runs, and island travel. Delivery Services: Pick up and deliver orders from local restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and shops directly to customer doorsteps. App Management: Use the Zeli Driver app to manage trip offers, turn-by-turn navigation, route updates, and wallet earnings in real time. Hospitality & Safety: Deliver top-tier customer service, assist passengers with luggage/gear, and maintain strict adherence to traffic safety standards. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your vehicle clean, roadworthy, and operating safely for all accepted jobs. Requirements & Qualifications Licensing: Valid driver's license (plus local taxi permit/transport authorization where required). Vehicle: A reliable, well-maintained, and insured personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or passenger van). Device: A smartphone compatible with the Zeli Driver app with an active mobile data plan. Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Bonaire's roads, resorts, restaurants, and key locations. Professionalism: Courteous demeanor and strong communication skills (English required; Papiamentu, Dutch, or Spanish is a bonus).
